Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Loving Digitals LLC, including obituary and graphic design, printing, and related services, whether you order on our website, by phone or in person. By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
- Client: Refers to any individual or business engaging with Loving Digitals LLC for design or printing services.
- Services: Refers to graphic design, printing, and other related services provided by Loving Digitals LLC.
- Order: A package or service you buy from us, either through checkout on our website or by approving a written proposal.
2. Scope of Work
- For a package or service ordered on our website, your order is the package, quantity and options shown at checkout, together with the details and files you saved with it.
- Other projects will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement specifying the scope, pricing, timeline, and deliverables. The Client’s approval of this document indicates agreement with the outlined terms.
- Custom Memorial Coloring Books: your order is one personalized design, a full-color cover and coloring pages, printed across the number of books you choose (10, 25, 50, 75 or 100). The page count you choose (4, 8, 12 or 16) includes the front and back covers.
- You may send one cover photo, plus up to one photo for each inside coloring page: 2, 6, 10 or 14 photos for a 4-, 8-, 12- or 16-page book. We use your photos, interests and memories as inspiration for the coloring pages.
3. Quotes and Pricing
- Package and service prices are shown on our website before you pay. The price of your order is fixed when you check out.
- Custom quotes are valid for 30 days and are subject to change based on project adjustments.
- Any additional charges or fees outside your order or quote will be discussed with and approved by the Client in advance.
- Coupons, discount codes and promotional offers, including free-copy offers, do not currently apply to Custom Memorial Coloring Books.
4. Payments
- All payments are made through our website. Full payment is due at checkout, and we begin work once your payment is received.
- Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- We do not accept Cash App, Zelle or any other payment made outside our website.
5. Proofs and Approvals
- Before anything is printed, we send you a proof to review. Proof revisions are included at no additional charge. This includes Custom Memorial Coloring Books: we print only after you approve the proof of the whole book.
- The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving all designs, text, and content before printing. Loving Digitals LLC is not responsible for errors in approved designs.
- Changes requested after you approve your final proof are reviewed by our team, and may need a new proof before printing.
6. Delivery and Shipping
- Delivery and shipping timelines will be provided once your proof is approved. Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
- Local delivery is available for $14 per order when you choose it at checkout.
- We ship within the United States. Where shipping is offered, it is a separate charge per order, shown at checkout before you pay.
- Rush turnaround is an available service for an additional fee shown before you pay. It is subject to confirmation for your order and is not guaranteed for every order.
- Custom Memorial Coloring Books have a standard turnaround of 3 business days after you approve your proof. Rush turnaround of 48 hours (+$50), 24 hours (+$75) or same day (+$150) may be chosen at checkout, one per order, as described above.
- Printed orders, including Custom Memorial Coloring Books and print-only printing, are sent by local delivery ($14) or US shipping ($15), chosen once per order at checkout. Pickup is not offered.
7. Ownership and Copyright
- Loving Digitals LLC owns the designs it creates, including the final design files, and may place its logo on its designs for copyright purposes.
- We will not use your obituary, its photos or its wording in our portfolio, on social media or in advertising unless you give us separate permission. Giving permission is optional, is never a condition of your order, and can be withdrawn at any time.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, including when an order is canceled.
- This is shown before you pay, and you confirm it at checkout.

- Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable law. Printing errors and defects caused by Loving Digitals LLC are handled under our Return Policy (section 12).
9. Limitation of Liability
- Loving Digitals LLC is not liable for any damages arising from printing errors, delays in project timelines, or issues outside of our control.
- In the case of printing errors directly attributable to Loving Digitals LLC, our liability is limited to reprinting the materials.
10. Confidentiality
- Loving Digitals LLC respects the confidentiality of all Client materials and information. Confidential information will not be shared or used outside the scope of the project. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
11. Amendments to Terms
- Loving Digitals LLC reserves the right to update these Terms as needed. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
12. Return Policy
- Custom Printed Items: Due to the personalized nature of custom-printed items, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless there is a defect or error caused by Loving Digitals LLC.
- Eligibility for Returns: If there is an issue with the quality of the print or if the item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and, if approved, arrange a reprint.
- Return Process: To initiate a return or report a defect, please contact us at design@lovingdigitals.com or (313) 685-1887 with your order details and a description of the issue. We may request photos of the item to assess the problem.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom designs, digital files, and any items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the Client unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
