Which kind of obituary?

These are laid out differently and hold different numbers of photographs, so we will not choose for you. You can change this later — nothing you have written is lost either way.

Complete your obituary program

These are the details that go around the obituary itself. Leave anything blank that is not arranged yet, or that your family is not having — nothing here is required, and we will never fill in a name or a time you have not given us.

Where we send your proof

Nothing is printed until you have seen the design and approved it. This is how we send it to you, and how we reach you if something needs checking.

Almost there

Everything you have told us is carried into the order form — the obituary, the names, the dates, the service details and your contact information. You will be able to read it all through and change anything before you order.

There are three things we still need from you on that form:

• The cover photograph, and any collage photographs you would like included
• The wording across the top — “In Loving Memory”, “Celebrating the Life of”, and so on
• How many pages, and how many copies you need

• Your finished print-ready file — PDF, JPG or PNG
• The size, the page count and the paper
• How many copies you need
