Digital Memorial Registry Partner Terms

1. Partner Pricing
Loving Digitals charges a partner rate of $35 per memorial service. This partner rate may be updated from time to time; the rate in effect at the time a memorial service is processed will apply.
2. Retail Pricing Freedom
The funeral home determines its own retail price charged to families. Loving Digitals does not require a specific retail price and does not take a percentage split. Any suggested retail price is a suggestion only.
3. Acrylic Registry Sign (Optional)
A Loving Digitals acrylic Digital Memorial Registry sign is an optional, professionally designed product a funeral home may purchase. Any acrylic sign purchased by the funeral home becomes the sole property of the funeral home. An acrylic sign is not required to use the Digital Memorial Registry: each participating funeral home also receives a permanent QR code and registry URL it may display on its own signage, programs, screens, or printed materials.
4. Appropriate Use of the Platform
The funeral home agrees to use the Digital Memorial Registry only for legitimate memorial and funeral-service purposes and in compliance with applicable law.
5. Termination of Partnership
Either party may end the partnership. Upon termination, the partner will settle any outstanding partner-rate charges for services already processed. Any acrylic sign the funeral home purchased remains the funeral home's property.
6. Guest Privacy
Guest information collected through the registry (such as name, email, and mailing address) is provided to the family and handled to support the memorial service. Loving Digitals and the partner will handle guest information responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.
7. No Unauthorized Marketing Use of Guest Information
Guest information collected through the registry will not be sold or used for unauthorized marketing.
8. Intellectual Property
The Loving Digitals platform, software, and branding remain the property of Loving Digitals LLC. The funeral home retains ownership of its own name, logo, and content it provides.
9. Service Availability
Loving Digitals will make reasonable efforts to keep the Digital Memorial Registry service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided on an as-available basis.
10. Payment Obligations
The partner is responsible for the $35 partner rate for each memorial service processed through the Digital Memorial Registry, and for any activation/setup fee that applies unless waived.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version accepted by a partner at registration is recorded with that partner's application.
