PHOTO SUBMISSION RULES & ORDER GUIDELINES

To ensure the best quality design possible, please review the following before placing your order:

1. Photo Limit

Each plaque includes a set number of photos based on the size selected. Please do not exceed the included photo amount unless purchasing additional photo slots.

2. Clear Photos Only

Please submit original clear, bright, non-blurry photos.

We are not responsible for poor print quality due to:

• screenshots
• blurry images
• dark images
• heavily filtered photos
• photos pulled from social media with low resolution

3. Designer Has Creative Control

Photos will be arranged at the designer’s discretion in the most visually appealing collage layout.

Due to the custom nature of this product, we do not move individual photos repeatedly once the collage has been created unless a major correction is needed.

4. Wording/Title

Customers may choose one custom wording/title for the plaque (example: Mama’s Love, Grandma’s Love, Forever Mama, etc.)

Short wording only is recommended for best appearance.

5. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is 3 business days after all photos have been received and approved.

Rush service may be available upon request.

6. Proofing

A digital proof will be sent for approval prior to printing.

Once approved, Loving Digitals is not responsible for any missed photo selections, spelling errors, or requested changes after print production begins.

7. Mounting & Display

Each plaque includes wall mounting hardware. This item is intended for indoor decorative display.
