   Rest in peace Fred! The Lumpkin Family will always keep the memories of you each time you came down the street doing all your tricks on your bike. You always stopped once you were in front of our house because Cathy would always say hey Fred and the both of you would start joking around with each other. You will surely be missed. Keeping all your loved ones in our prayers.
